Alfonso was an excellent server. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. It has been a couple years since I have eaten here because the server I had then was so rude and unaccommodating. Alfonzo was so wonderful I won’t wait so long to come back.
We have been coming here for celebrations for years. We always have Nicole as our server and she is the absolute best. She is so personable and fun. We love coming here and love getting to see Nicole! Food is always amazing.
Doing this review because I hadn't been here in a long time. Jeremy was our server and he's waited on us before. He goes out of his way to make sure that you have a good experience. Always very helpful and friendly and really competent as well. I always feel lucky when we're seated in his section. The food is always consistently good here as well
Very nice bar. Service was very attentive! Loved the chicken lettuce wraps. Sapporo beer is always fresh on tap and at perfect temp. Lighting and atmosphere is upscale. I'll be back!!
We have been coming here for the amazing food of course but also the PHENOMENAL drinks that Erica makes at the bar … honestly best Bloody Mary and margarita in town!!!! She’s also so sweet … thanks for the excellent service and amazing drinks!
We had dinner at P.F. Chang’s the night before Valentine’s Day, and even though it was incredibly busy, the entire experience was fantastic. The service was attentive, friendly, and efficient, and the food was absolutely delicious as always. Our waiter, Mason, did an outstanding job. He stayed calm under pressure, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure we had everything we needed despite the holiday rush. It’s not easy to deliver great service on one of the busiest nights of the year, but he (and the team) truly did. We’ll definitely be back!
Aside from the beautiful decor ,it had a very chill, sophisticated delicious menu! Maddie, (a bartender), was absolutely delightful! Beautiful cocktails , and friendly staff!! Lauren , a manger, Christina ( a lovely hostess), and Reagan ( a server) very knowledgeable, and polite!
Sophia was so nice and very attentive! I have not been to a P.F. Chang’s in years and would definitely come back every so often for their lunch special. SO GOOD!!!
Where do I begin, we came in around 9pm that place was deserted, only 2 other tables open. The place is gorgeous and the menu is just superb. We had the Chefs feast with a twist, ordered a salad to a soup, two apps and two entrees. The California rolls were delicious, the crab wontons came in a sweet chili plate and a Trifecta of spicy sauces were available. I don't handle heat well but those were some tasty experiences. She had the chicken teriaky and I had the chicken pad Thai, both delicious. But let me tell you about their cherry blossom cocktail, that was super sweet but the concoction with lemon and pineapple made it a wonderful experience. Our server Taylor was not only knowledgeable about the menu, but she provided suggestions and recommendations on concerns. Didn't love the Plum wine listed in the half price on Wednesday deal they had going. Because that plum wine is delicious. Coming back for it 10/10. I'm usually picky with my food, but tonight everything went right. The food came out quick and the chefs showed respect with the quality and presentation of each dish. When my pad Thai arrived, it was brought with eagerness from the server but the chef wasn't finished garnishing it yet and sent out the other toppings in a separate plate. That showed me both great qualities from the server and chef. I appreciate the business and will definitely come back!
I knew I’d chosen the place where I was guaranteed the best hot and sour soup in town, but I didn’t know I’d meet an angel! At the hostess station two women greeted me and one sweet girl chose my table after telling her I was there to celebrate good news in my life. Nicole took it from there. She chose a perfect, comfy booth for 1 and explained all the options for a celebratory lunch including a holiday cosmo almost too beautiful to drink. The soup was perfection as were the lettuce wraps, but it was Nicole’s spirit that stole the show. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in my long life, but I’ve never connected with a waitress that could match Nicole. She was a bright light that shone on my event providing exquisite service and undivided attention. PFChang is so very lucky to have this excellent employee on their staff. Their food is excellent, but this employee elevated my experience to PERFECTION.
